In memory of Louise Read

Louise  Read, a beloved member of the WMS community, died of cancer in late November.  Over the two and a half years since her diagnosis, Louise lived life to the fullest, always making time for friends and new experiences while being surrounded and supported by her family.  On Saturday, December 6th, a beautiful memorial service filled with music, words and love was held for Louise. It was heartening to see so many members of the WMS past and present community there, including students she taught, most of them now in high school and college. They are an integral part of Louise’s legacy- influenced by her values, her desire to learn and grow, her creativity and spirit of adventure.
