LE Residency w/ Ephraim Silva & Performance 4/18

Our LE Residency program with Ephraim Silva of Ginga Brasileira was a huge success. Ginga Brasileira and founder Ephraim Silva have been at WMS several times in the past, always to great acclaim. As you know, the LE area of cultural study this year is South America. Our residencies are based on the culture of the students' year- long study.

Our sharing performance was on Friday evening, April 18th from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Ginga Brasileira also gave an all school performance on the morning of April 14. After that, each class was involved in a one- hour session with Ephraim every day of that week. He is a dynamic, energetic teacher, dancer and musician. Expect your children to come home with Portuguese phrases, and capoeira moves!
