MS Science Fair - 2/14

Middle School Science Fair
Thursday, February 14th

On Thursday night, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, the Middle School students will be presenting to family and friends the annual Science Fair. Over the past 6 weeks, the 6th and 7th year students have researched science topics of their choice, and then designed and performed experiments to test their predictions. The experiments include a study of the effects of acid on plant growth, a test of how positive and negative reinforcement might determine foul shot performance, a binary computer, and many more. In addition, the 8th year have begun a long-term science research paper called the Expert Project, and they will be sharing what they've done so far. The 8th-year topics range from Quantum Mechanics to Antibiotic Resistance.

Elementary students will have a chance to visit the Science Fair on Thursday morning.

Students will set up the Science Fair during the day on Thursday, and should arrive at 6:30pm.

A reminder: no food or drink at the displays.
